Note :) this Music Night before XO-Mas is also the 1st " The Red Threadt CrowdFun-Ding" Celebration in Hamburg !
A part of this nights profits will be funded for a community-based project in Hamburg to be realized in the year 2012.
The vision of this project is the manifestive construction of an experimental playground space in Hamburg.
An initiative that will be designed and constructed with young people & elders from Hamburg into heartists horizons.
The vision is to design a re-newed playground, that will be coreated in cooperation with a group of young people from Hamburg.
We are looking right now for a space for this playground that is directly linked to a project/area where a lot of elderly people are living.
An integral part of this playground will be a homegrowing herbal medicine garden. This garden will be envisioned by a hamburg-based group of medicine women&men, green-thumped guerrillas.
There will be regular excursions with the young&old in this garden,picnics,concerts,
There will be a Celebration when we start the building phase of this visionary adventure togather with the gifted young & elders & The Threadt Pack.
The whole project is an initiative of The Red Threadt, a fooly collaborative effort. We are open for ideas,support,cooperations. So far partners for this project vision are : Hamburg teilt !, Falkenflitzer ( partner from Kunstcamp Dockville), almaterra, cooksurfing.
